Similar to Tyrolean cheese dumplings, the bacon version is loved all over Tirol and are easily made. They are cooked in simmering, salted water and are typically served with soup and a side of coleslaw. Alternatively, they can be eaten without soup and served with a sauerkraut salad. It’s really up to you!
